As a Director of Investment Management, Andy values building long-term relationships by being a trusted resource for his clients.
Andy has over 20 years of investment management experience, and is responsible for managing investment portfolios for high net worth clients, institutions, foundations and endowments. He chairs the asset allocation committee and also serves on the manager research and alternative asset committees for the investment management team.
Prior to joining the Wealth Management group at First National Bank, Andy served as Senior Investment Manager for Wells Fargo Private Bank, Bank of America Private Bank, and U.S. Bancorp Private Wealth Management.
Andy earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration as well as his Master of Business Administration degree with High Distinction and Finance concentration through the University of Nebraska, Lincoln.
Andy holds the Chartered Financial Analyst and CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ designations and is part of several professional organizations including the CFA Institute, the CFA Society of Nebraska where he served as past-President and Board member, and the Financial Planning Association
Andy is an active member of the Lincoln community through his involvement on the Board of Directors for the Lincoln Children’s Zoo, the Endowment Committee for the Lincoln Children’s Museum, music and retirement home ministries with Indian Hills Community Church, and a regular volunteer with the Nebraska Community Blood Bank. In his free time, Andy enjoys playing golf, rooting on the Huskers and spending time with his wife and four kids.
