The Corporate Trust team provides administration services for relationships in which First National Bank acts in one of the following capacities:

• Trustee and/or Paying Agent for municipal bond issues.
• Escrow Agent for various types of escrow arrangements, including holdback, subscription, and tax deferred exchanges.
• Securities Custodian for both Bank-managed and externally-managed institutional relationships, including endowments, foundations, insurance companies, Taft-Hartley trusts, mutual funds, and investment entities.
