With a lending philosophy emphasizing management, we welcome the opportunity to meet the borrowers and learn about their operations. However, we will never pursue our correspondent banks' customers on a direct basis.

Selling an Overline

We maintain a credit file of financial and collateral documentation that mirrors your file. For each loan transaction we require an executed copy of your bank's promissory note and a signed participation certificate, in addition to execution of a one-time-only Master Non-Recourse Loan Participation Agreement, which outlines terms and conditions of loan sales/purchases.
