Listed below is some of the information you may need to have ready when applying for an IRA account.

Information about the applicant:

  • Street Address, City, State and Zip Code
  • Home Phone Number
  • Business Phone Number
  • If you are funding your IRA by debiting your First National account, have your account number ready.
  • If you are funding your IRA by debiting your account at another institution, have the routing number and account number ready.
  • If you are funding your IRA by charging your First National credit card, have your account number ready.

Information about the Primary, Secondary and Designated Beneficiaries (if applicable):

  • Full name
  • Social Security Number
  • Date of Birth
  • Street Address, City, State and Zip code

If applying for a Coverdell Education Savings Account, you need the following information about the Responsible Individual:

  • Full name
  • Social Security Number
  • Date of Birth
  • Street Address, City, State and Zip Code
