What is a PIN?
Your Personal Identification Number (PIN) is a security code that allows First National Bank of Omaha to verify that a request to access your account is authorized by you. Your confidential PIN prevents unauthorized use and ensures complete security when making transactions on your accounts.

How do I select a PIN?
To select a PIN for your credit card, Visa® Check Card/ATM card, simply log on and go to the PIN Request page within the Account Services section.
- When selecting a PIN, use something that is not easily guessed — avoid birthdays and addresses.
- Use different PINS for each account.
- Memorize your PIN. Do not write it on the back of your card or keep it with you.
- Since the PIN is for security purposes, you should not disclose it to anyone.

Can I change my PIN?
Yes. You can request a PIN change for your credit card and Visa® Check Card/ATM card in the Account Services section within Online Banking.

When will I receive my PIN?
You will either receive your PIN for your credit card or Visa® Check Card/ATM card immediately online or you may be contacted for additional information. If you have not received your PIN within 10 business days upon the initial request, Contact Us.
