What types of lines of credit do you offer?
First National offers several different line of credit plans to meet your needs. For more information regarding lines of credit, please refer to the Products pages. You can apply for overdraft protection when applying for a checking account online or Contact Us to apply.

Are there any fees if I use my line of credit?
Fees vary for personal lines of credit. For more information, Contact Us.

Why does my line of credit advance as much as $200.00 into my account?
The $200.00 prevents the line of credit from advancing more frequently because of pending transactions.

How do I make payments to my line of credit?
There are several options available to make your line of credit payment. These include:
- Transfer funds from your First National account online - FREE.
- Have a payment automatically withdrawn from your account monthly.*
- Mail payments in every month.
*This does not apply to stand alone lines of credit. If the payment is not made by the due date, a late fee will be applied. If you have any questions, Contact Us.
If your minimum payment is not received by the due date, First National will automatically deduct the payment from your checking account- at no extra charge. However, First National will not advance your line of credit to make a minimum payment.

Do I have to pay off the outstanding balance every month?
No. You don't need to pay the total outstanding balance on your line of credit every month. However, you will need to make the minimum payment.

There are five types of email alerts that you may request to receive on the Account Alerts page for your line of credit account(s). Learn more about Priority Alerts.

Can I sign up to receive eStatements for my Line of Credit Account(s)?
Yes, you can sign up to receive eStatements on your line of credit account(s) and stop receiving paper statements in the mail. An email notification will be sent to you each month when your statement is available to view online. Learn more about eStatements.
