With FirstTools, correspondent banks have the tools to conduct much of their business right from their desktops.  Users have the ability to view various reports and account details as well as initiate transactions such as:

FirstTools provides correspondent banks with the ability to set up individual users themselves.  At the time of set up, users may be assigned security levels and given access to view reports and receive email alerts.  These alerts keep business moving by notifying users of unapproved, incoming, and unsent transactions, as well as incoming reports.

Correspondent banks are rest assured that all information accessed through FirstTools will remain secure.  FirstTools is accessed through firstnational.com and requires multi-factor authentication to gain access as required by the FFIEC regulation.  Using a DigitalPersona fingerprint scanner in conjunction with a user name and password will ensure the security of high risk transactions involving customer information or the movement of funds to other parties.  In addition, internal security is established by assigning different levels of security to the users.
