With the Visa® Business Credit Card, your company can receive easy-to-read Management Reports. These monthly reports give you an itemized listing of your employees' credit card activities. Plus, it gives you a record of tax-deductible expenses, which could help cut your payments to the IRS by hundreds of dollars.

Upon request, we offer Management Reports to Business Credit Card customers. On these reports you will find the following information:

Cardholder Listing

This section includes each cardholder's name, account status, purchase credit limit, open date, and close date.

Consolidated Employee Spending

This section provides an overview of your card activity and includes the opening balance, purchases, cash advances, finance charges, fees, payments & credits, and ending balance. This information is by individual cardholder and company.

Cardholder Activity by Category

This section categorizes individual account purchases into the following spending categories:

  • Airlines
  • Auto Rental
  • Transportation Expense
  • Business Services
  • Lodging
  • Food and Beverage
  • Cash Advances
  • Other

This section also includes the number of transactions and total dollars spent (month-to-date and year-to-date) for all categories. This section is listed by individual cardholder and company.

Transaction Detail

For each cardholder, the following information will be detailed for each transaction that is posted to their account: transaction date, merchant name, city and state where the transaction took place, and the transaction amount.
