Rajive Johri

Rajive Johri was named president of the First National Bank in June 2006. He joined the bank in September 2005 as the President of the credit card division, and quickly reinvigorated the business. Rajive has over 34 years of diverse experience in managing businesses globally. Prior to joining First National Bank, Johri served five years as Executive Vice President at JP Morgan Chase in New York, leading the aggressive growth of that organization's consumer and business cards businesses. Before that he Managed Citigroup's Branch Banking, Credit Cards, Consumer Assets and Insurance businesses spanning the Middle East, Asia Pacific, Central Eastern Europe, and the USA. |

Stephen Eulie

Prior to becoming President and Division Head of First National Bank's Credit Card Center, Stephen Eulie had more than 20 years of financial industry experience behind him. His impressive resume includes re-launching the Chase Travel Rewards® and Chase Ultimate Rewards® cards while guiding JP Morgan Chase to its ranking as the second largest travel and merchandise program in the industry. Eulie has also held senior management and marketing positions with Wachovia, Providian Financial, Citibank, and Irving Trust Company. |

Walter Douglas

Walter Douglas, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, began his tenure at First National Bank as Chief Financial Officer for the First National Credit Card Center where he successfully guided that division's strategic direction. In 2006, he was promoted to Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining First National Bank, he served as controller of JP Morgan Chase's Retail Banking Franchise, and Finance Director for the bank's credit card business. |

Clark Lauritzen

Clark Lauritzen spent the first part of his career successfully advising banks, insurance companies, and brokerage firms on a variety of buy and sell-side merger transactions at Goldman Sachs' Investment banking divisions in New York and Chicago. He joined First National Bank in 2003. A graduate of Princeton University, Lauritzen received his MBA from the Harvard Business School. |

David Sweiderk has over 20 years of financial services experience and an outstanding track record of success in consumer lending products and distribution channels. He gained extensive expertise in these areas through senior leadership positions with Chevy Chase Bank, Commercial Credit, and most recently, as an Executive Vice President for Sovereign Bank. Sweiderk graduated from CBA's Graduate School of Retail Bank Management and received his MBA from UMUC. |

Stephanie Moline

Stephanie Moline has been part of the First National Bank family since 1982 when she joined the bank's management trainee program. Today, she guides the Corporate Banking Group and sits on the First National Bank of Omaha Board of Directors. Moline received her executive degree from Darden Business School at the University of Virginia and is active in the community, sitting on the boards of many philanthropic organizations. |

Diana Mehochko oversees all business activities for First National Merchant Solutions, First National's top-10 payment processing organization. Mehochko's career highlights include serving as Chief Operating Officer for Chase Merchant Services and founding her own financial consulting company, DMM Consulting, Inc. Today, Mehochko is a member of the Visa® Acquirers Executive Council and MasterCard's Acquirer Committee. |

Kenneth Kucera

Ken holds a degree in Computer Science, which he received in 1976. Since that time he has worked for a number of major corporations, including Mutual of Omaha, Citicorp, First Data Corporation and Cap Gemini America, where he provided information technology strategy and direction. Ken has served as a Director for many local and national non-profit boards, including the American Lung Association, Madonna School, AIM Institute and The Peter Kiewit Institute of Science, Technology and Engineering (IST&E). Ken was also a member of the Greater Omaha Chamber of Commerce Leadership Omaha Class 24. Ken is currently the Division Head of Enterprise Technology Services and Chief Executive for First National Technology Solutions. |

Prior to joining First National Bank, Johannsen was a sought-after consultant and President of Furash and Co. in Washington, DC. |

Robin Nakamura

Robin Nakamura has enjoyed a long and successful history in the eBusiness industry. Nakamura is the former Vice President of Internet Marketing at E*Trade Financial where she was responsible for online marketing, web creative services, Internet acquisitions and cross-selling opportunities. Prior to her position at E*Trade, Nakamura built a Best-in-Class website and increased eBusiness revenues 83% in a single year while serving as Senior Vice President and eBusiness Executive for JP Morgan Chase, Cardmember Services. |

David Downing

David Downing is responsible for the Centralized Operations Group at First National, a division in charge of back office productivity and efficiency. In this capacity, Downing has shaped First National Bank into a best-in-class organization in terms of efficiency. Downing joined First National from JP Morgan Chase, where he led the successful integration and transformation of that company's Centralized Operations Group. While at Chase, he also increased productivity and growth while eliminating redundant processes and costs. Prior to joining JP Morgan Chase, David spent 15 years in operations at US Bank. |

Stephen Zubrod

Stephen Zubrod possesses more than 20 years experience in consumer and B2B marketing for companies as diverse as Hallmark Cards, Dial Soap, and Nature Made Vitamins. Before joining First National Bank, Zubrod served as the Director of Advanced Product Development for ConAgra Foods. He also was recognized as "Marketer of the Year" by the American Marketing Association for increasing profits by 300 percent in 1996-1997 while Vice President of Marketing for Baker's Supermarkets. Stephen received his B.A. from Princeton and his M.B.A. from Boston College. |

Mike Foutch

Mike Foutch joined First National Bank in 1984. Currently, he is responsible for all Human Resource efforts to promote and develop First National Bank of Omaha's high performance culture. He oversees the company's leadership and performance management, change management and employee communications, talent management, and total rewards programs. Mike serves on the board of the Wellness Council of the Midlands and is the Mayor of Logan, IA. |
